Joe Pina

Manager

As an ex-pro player, I try to bring firsthand experience, discipline, and a deep respect for the game to every athlete I coach. My goal is to develop players who not only compete at a high level but carry themselves with the professionalism and grit the game demands.

Emilio Pina

Head Coach

As a current college player, I bring a fresh, relatable perspective to help our athletes grow. I’m here to support, mentor, and push players to reach the next level, because I know exactly what it takes to get there.

Josh Conn

Strength & Conditioning Coach

My goal is to build strong, explosive, and resilient athletes ready to perform at the highest level. Through intentional training, discipline, and consistency, I prepare players to stay healthy not only physically but mentally.

Joey Pina

Recruiting Coordinator

I help develop our players’ skills while managing the team’s recruiting efforts. I identify and evaluate potential players, communicate with families and scouts, and help our athletes gain exposure to college programs. I take pride in guiding players toward the next level of their baseball careers.
